Cowin Global today announced the acquisition of Destructor AB, a leading Scandinavian provider of dangerous goods packaging, lithium batteries, and other highly regulated transport applications.
As part of the transaction, founder and industry veteran Kjell Enevoldsen will join Cowin Global as Vice President, Global Packaging Systems, where he will lead the continued expansion of the Group’s global packaging and dangerous goods offering.
The acquisition strengthens Cowin Global’s position as a leading provider of logistics infrastructure solutions, adding deep expertise in hazardous materials packaging, regulatory compliance, and specialized transport systems serving customers across Europe and internationally.
